Accord Worldwide conducted Strategic Planning and PRA training for 30 participants, mainly the staff members of the Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (DAIL). The training ensured that the participants not only upgrade their capacity and knowledge in Participatory Rural Analysis and Strategic Planning & Management, but are also exposed to experienced practitioners as well as established work sites.
The methodology consisted of Multimedia Presentations, Discussions, Case Studies, Group Work, and Feedback session from instructors to assimilate the level of understanding amongst the participants throughout this training program implementation.
