Accord Worldwide, an international development and training firm, is seeking dynamic and experienced trainers to facilitate a variety of training programs for our esteemed client over a year-long contract. The candidate is expected to have experience consulting in the humanitarian industry.

Project Overview:
The Women Leadership Program is designed to strengthen the leadership capacities of women in the humanitarian and development sectors. This program focuses on enhancing the operational leadership and management skills of women to effectively navigate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders in crisis-affected environments. It aims not only to address the gender disparities in leadership roles but also to leverage women’s unique perspectives in decision-making processes to improve humanitarian and development outcomes.
The Women Leadership Program, is an initiative by UNOPS and other humanitarian organizations. A component of this program is designed to support senior leaders engaged with UN agencies, international and national non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. This program is dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and management skills, enabling them to effectively engage with various stakeholders in crisis contexts and lead with confidence and innovation. Role Overview:
Accord Worldwide, Inc. seeks dynamic and experienced Lead Trainer and Language-Specific Trainers to deliver our “Women’s Leadership Programme.” Candidates should have a proven ability to facilitate blended learning experiences and a passion for advancing women’s leadership in the humanitarian and development sectors.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in blended learning services, with a focus on adult education.
- Strong background in humanitarian operations and/or leadership development.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or French, depending on the specific trainer role applied for.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions as part of the “Women’s Leadership Programme.”
- Adapt delivery methods and materials as needed to meet the needs of participants and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Adhere to the standards of training followed by Accordemy®
- Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
