The Project was implemented based on a need assessment of the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan. Funded by the GIZ, the project provided course material responsive to the needs assessment. The training and coaching was for 15 days within 6 months. That 2 days (sessions) where introduction sessions and remaining 13 days (Sessions) were on job coaching sessions. On the job coaching sessions were conducted individually and in smaller groups. The participants were divided to two main groups (based on their location in two differeit locations: One group were in the MoEc main office and other were in Deputy Minister Building)
