Accord Worldwide conducted a Salary Survey for DAI/ASMED at national level in Afghanistan with the holistic approach and survey methodology. While conducting this survey, Accord Worldwide followed a complete data analysis by targeting various organisations and their staff, questionnaire designed by experts with the instruction on filling the questionnaire.
This survey allowed the similar-situated entities to have the comparative wage and benefit compensation, which facilitates coordination amongst involved organizations in terms of compensation.
